Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms', 'Terms and Conditions') carefully before using the MingZi mobile application (the 'Service') operated by BitRhythm ('us', 'we', or 'our').

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BitRhythm and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BitRhythm.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
